Personalized Mindfulness Sessions
The Personalized Mindfulness session is based on a meditation practice using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Yoga breathing/Relaxation techniques. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) a Psychotherapy modality that combines Mindfulness and Cognitive Therapy. Clients are given proper training on Yogic breathing and relaxation techniques which can be used even after the session to manage anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, panic attacks etc.This is an individualized session where techniques and skills are chosen based on the individuals needs and presenting problems.
Individual and couples program emphasizes on learning mindfulness principles like acceptance, letting go, being non judgemental, understanding autopilot modes, experiencing the present moment etc.
Sessions are provided by therapist who is a certified and experienced Yoga trainer, and a Mindfulness Practitioner as well.
