Inquire about Men's Therapy Today

What are our main specialities with men?

Anger and Stress

Anger is often something that we become ashamed of. However, it can be the first indicator that our boundaries have been breached. In this video, Rob explores anger and how it may be useful for you.

We have specialists that work with anger, resentment, & frustration that often can come from exhaustion, leading to burnout.

Addictions Therapy

Addictions are common with all individuals. However, men have often been conditioned not to talk about these things - especially with our partners or friends. Some addictions, like alcohol, can even be encouraged by those around us. And pornography use, even though a normalized practice, is shamed and difficult to address with our loved ones. We have practitioners to help you through this.

Loneliness and Isolation

Men often do not come to therapy for many reasons, but one of the biggest reasons is that they don't have other male friends that openly talk about going - even when they do. Therapy can still feel stigmatized. Listen to our podcast episode on why that may be and how we can help.

Burnout and Work Stress

Work stress is one of the biggest secret killers for men in relationships. It can limit libido, inhibit social interaction and make you feel like you are failing. Learn strategies to beat stress.

Marginalization

How do you navigate your intimacy when you might be dealing with internalized shame or racism. Jamie works with navigating this in the workplace as well as relationships.

Rob Pepper (RP)

Rob has been working with anger and addictions, as well as life transitions and intimacy for many years.

His work involves diving deeper into the Personas you might be navigating and why that might be getting in the way of your Shadow. Sounds complex? Not with Rob. He makes getting to the root of the problem seem both seamless as well as profound.

The Persona within Ourselves

How do you navigate how you want to be seen versus how others might actually see you? Why do you want to be seen that way? How might this be a struggle in the workplace or with friends?

Navigating Anger

Anger is the voice saying that you have been crossed - often by a boundary being crossed. How to navigate this so that you can experience better groundedness is Rob's work.

The Root of Your Problems

Through a Jungian lens, Rob guides you to understand where your patterns might have come from. He dives to the root of the problem to see how we can fix what's going on.

Ryan Bittinger (Dr. / RPQ)

Ryan has worked with addictions for over a decade. Helping individuals understand substance abuse and the shame spirals that can come with it - especially when you relapse and how to navigate this with loved ones. Ryan also works with men's issues within gender expression and LGBTQIA+ folks, who are navigating their own responses to testosterone and how others view them.

Substance Abuse

Navigating substance abuse is isolating, scary, and often shamed in society. Get the care you need in a safe and non-judgemental space, with a specialist who has been working on this for years.

Anger and Grief in Men

Anger can often be a secondary emotion to the grief we are experiencing. This can be from childhood loss to present traumas that we are not taught how to deal with.

LGBTQIA and Gender in Men

Folks often do not know how to navigate sexuality when it has been weaponized from an early age. And for those who are on testosterone, this can be even trickier. Not with Ryan. They get it.

Your Therapist is Not Okay: Topics Related to Men

Conflict in your relationship? Listen here

From the early honeymoon period where everything feels easy and connected, to the shift into patterns like bickering, shutting down, or giving each other the silent treatment, this episode is about exploring the full cycle of conflict that often shows up in couples work or issues clients talk about in the therapy room.

We are here in everything you bring

In the last episode, Jess and Ryan talked about what it’s like for clients who feel like the villain in their own story — the guilt, shame, and self-blame that can make it really hard to open up in therapy. In this episode, they shift the focus to the therapist’s side of the room. What is it like for therapists when clients are afraid to share something because they worry it might change how they’re seen?

Sex and bringing it to therapy

In this episode, they open up about how the topic of sex shows up in the therapy room in all it's complicated and uncomplicated ways. They talk about what clients are really asking, how therapists navigate those conversations, and why talking about sex doesn’t have to be uncomfortable.

Loneliness, Dating Apps, AI, & Therapy

Let's talk about loneliness. In this episode, Jess and Ryan talk about the loneliness epidemic and how they’re seeing it show up in their clients’ lives from feeling disconnected in relationships to struggling to find a sense of belonging - or even just feeling a bit on the outside of everything.  They also get into what people actually do with that loneliness.
