I am a CCA certified life and wellness coach. It is important to me that your true needs and desires are heard and sustainable, effective steps can be taken towards actualising your dreams. I value a collaborative, safe and curious space to allow for flexibility, creativity and authenticity. I will be along side you each step of the way by maintaining the focus, helping you get clear on the specifics, identifying your values and how to use your strengths to get you in alignment with your goals.
