Making a big decision in life, transitioning careers, establishing a new habit, improving performance or finally doing that thing you’ve always wanted to do can be challenging, scary and intimidating. We all need support, especially if we’re taking on a big task! But we may not have the proper support to help us get there. Coaching provides structure, accountability, motivation, encouragement and honest/objective feedback.
I believe effective coaching comes from getting into the ring together, standing in your corner and having your back. But this isn’t cheerleading. This is about working hard, pushing boundaries, staying focused, taking practical steps and achieving goals while having fun doing it.
My coaching approach is client-centred and client-lead. I believe in meeting you right where you are, as who you are and who you are becoming. I will support you by helping you define your why and get clear on your how. You are absolutely capable, resourceful and powerful in making meaningful and enduring change. Coaching with an impact comes from the strength of the relationship. We get messy, tackle the tough questions and wrestle the hard stuff, shoulder to shoulder - together.
My qualifications include a CCA Life & Wellness coach certification and a Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. I am currently working towards a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychotherapy.
