Session Fees and & Payment Options

Session Fees:

- Therapy Sessions at Centred Self cost between $150 - $185 CND+hst. 

- Supervision with Jess Erb cost $200 (+hst)

- Reduced Cost is an option with our counsellors, please message for details and eligibility.

Insurance Coverage:

Psychotherapy through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario is widely accepted  by most insurance companies.

Please check to make sure that your insurance coverage reimburses for Psychotherapy services.

If your company does not provide Psychotherapy services, simply ask them to - many are happy to add psychotherapy coverage if they are asked. Cancellations

If you need to cancel a session, no worries - go to your scheduler and cancel the session booked in. No charge with more than 24 hours cancellation. 


What about less than 24 hours cancellation?

If there is less than 24 hours cancellation, you will be charged for the session. Yes, this rule applies for any time that is less than 24 hours. 


On rare occasions, cancellations occur due to emergency. If this is the case, please speak with your therapist. 

Payment Options

All Fees are Currently Processed Online

Due to COVID-19 and virtual therapy, all sessions will be paid for online

Paying via Credit Card

At Centred Self, the main way to pay your psychotherapist is through credit card. Paying via credit card is easy at Centred Self you can keep your credit card on file. 


Options for paying via credit card:

  • You can pay for your session right after with your card through the scheduler. 
  • OR you can have your therapist do it for you so that you never have to worry about a missed payment.


Paying via eTransfer: For clients seeing Jess Erb

 For those seeing Jess Erb DPsychotherapy, eTransfers are accepted. 


 - Email: jess.erb@centredself.ca 

Password is not needed as Jess has direct deposit. 


Late Payments

When you book in for a session with any therapist at Centred Self, you will have to put your credit card on file.


*Centred Self does not charge late session fees 


*However, if you have not paid for a session within 48 hours, your therapist will charge you for the session that you have attended. (Unless discussed otherwise).
