Often life can feel overwhelming and at times impossible. Like you are trying to spin multiple plates, but you don’t have enough hands - it's exhausting.
Together let’s slow down, give you a space to offload whatever is on your mind, make sense of it all and get you from where you are now to where you want to be.
Starting therapy can be difficult and finding someone who is the right fit for you is so important. We often view therapy as being needed for big events, as if we don't need it unless something major has happened. I'm here for those big moments, but I am also here for the small everyday life stressors.
I work with folks who perhaps their whole lives have felt like everyone is doing better than them and has it all figured out. While they feel like they are struggling with relationships, families, jobs, anxiety, just barely managing to hold it all together, wanting to ask WHY or HOW others seem to be “getting it” when they aren’t.
I specialize in working with trauma, complex PTSD, BPD, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I will be here to support you throughout our work together, combining an integrative approach that best works for you using Psychodynamic work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy. We'll find where the stress, anxiety, exhaustion, sadness, anger, and fear is rooted in and together lighten the load and heal.
There is nothing too big or too small, nothing too bad or uncomfortable that we can’t talk about together.
My approach to therapy is warm, accepting, and empathetic. Most importantly, this is a space where you will never be judged or made to feel ashamed.
Centred Self

Due to popular demand, we are hosting another workshop at the end of April. If you would like to sign up for this April's, please reach out today.
Join them on this three-day intensive as they share everything that they know about the theory, how they use it in their practice, and how psychodynamics always show up between practitioner and client.
Whether you have been in the field for 20 years or still a student, this course will benefit your practice.
