When we experience challenges with our mental and emotional well-being, it can feel very isolating, overwhelming and lonely. Being supported by someone we trust can help us feel much less alone while we navigate our experiences and healing journeys.
Our work together builds upon a genuine connection with one another to help you feel seen and heard. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for us to explore your emotions, experiences, challenges and desires. You will be provided with support and tools for navigating your inner and outer worlds. Together, we will work to empower you to feel more grounded and at peace through your life's journey.
I work with adults on a range of issues including depression, anxiety, self-esteem and body image concerns, life transitions and stress management. My approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs and I draw upon a range of modalities, including person-centred, psychodynamic, mindfulness, EFT and CBT.
Beyond psychotherapy, I also have experience as a Registered Dietitian. As a therapist, my nutrition background provides me with a unique, holistic lens that considers the connections between our mind, bodies and emotional wellness.
I practice under the supervision of Jess Erb (CRPO #008555) to help ensure our work provides you with the best support possible throughout your unique journey.
