I believe we all carry stories that shape us and therapy offers the chance to gently rewrite them.
Are you carrying the weight of trauma, grief, or shame that feels too heavy to hold alone?
Many of the folks I work with are navigating the aftermath of childhood trauma, domestic or sexual violence, systemic oppression, or religious/spiritual abuse. They may be experiencing complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, or a deep sense of disconnection from themselves and others.
Often, it feels like they’ve been in survival mode for a long time—longing for something more, but unsure where to begin.
I specialize in supporting youth and adults, often women, queer, or gender-diverse folks — who have spent years trying to be “strong” in systems that haven’t made room for their full selves.
Whether you’re processing a recent breakup, a shift in your faith, or long-held trauma, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and heal. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel safer in your body and relationships, reconnect with your authentic self, and make meaning of your experiences.
My goal is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, your agency, and your worth.
I practice under the supervision of Jess Erb (CRPO #008555) to help ensure our work provides you with the best support possible throughout your unique journey.
