Hello, my name is Tim,
I approach my work through a person-centred, trauma-informed lens with genuine presence and curiosity. I strive to hold an environment of safety, trust, and non-judgement so we may explore what feels important to you.
I welcome all identities and communities to my practice while meeting you as the expert of your own unique experience with care and compassion.
Through my practice I pay attention to the connections of the past with the present, and the impact of systemic contexts on mental health and well-being. I work with youth and adults experiencing a wide range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, shame, grief, suicidal ideation, and self-harm.
I practice from a Relational and Psychodynamic framework and have experience using Cognitive-Behavioural and mindfulness practices. Within this we can work together to explore challenges that you are facing while moving towards growth and discovery.
Ultimately, I will collaborate with you to design a therapy that fits your needs and meet you where you are at. I aim to support you with presence and compassion as you share your story.

Join Dr. Jessie Erb and Dr. Ryan Bittinger on this three-day intensive as they share everything that they know about Psychodynamic theory, how they use it in their practice, and how it shows up between practitioner and client.
Whether you have been in the field for 20 years or still a student, this course will benefit your practice.
