Hi, I’m Shawna Lane, a certified Holistic Nutritionist focused on improving your symptoms of depression, anxiety and overwhelm. 


I use symptomatology and functional testing to determine how your diet, lifestyle and biochemistry may be affecting your mood and use holistic treatments to help get you back on track. 


Holistic Nutrition may be for you if you struggle with low mood, or anxiety, along with 

  • digestive issues (bloating, pain, constipation, gas, diarrhea)
  • food intolerances
  • brain fog
  • PMS
  • low energy/chronic fatigue
  • skin conditions
  • sleep issues 
  • or any other chronic conditions.   



Your brain is NOT separate from your body so what happens in your gut, deficiencies, blood sugar imbalances, hormones, toxicities, pathogens, subclinical infections etc are all contributing to your mood, energy and focus and how you show up every day for your family, your job and most importantly for yourself. 


My aim as a practitioner is to give clients a roadmap to navigate all the conflicting information out there of how to take care of our minds and bodies.
